That installation? Biggest fucking failure in the world, conceptually and presentation-wise. Visually stunning, yeah I know, blah blah, I can build. Not so important to me anymore, though I guess it’s a cash cow to fall back on.. now I know there are a ton of people who would buy a porcelain cake.

it’s just squirting frosting at this point, i don’t even know what i’m doing anymore. i will be so happy when a) spring is actually here b) this show is over with c) my sewing machine is fixed and d) i can finally stop tracking in all the sand and dirt from the melted snowbanks, [...]
That’s the poster for our show. Ash and I designed it. Which means I laid everything out and she tweaked my fonts (pulled it together, really).

I spent 20 bucks on cookie cutters this afternoon. And I left my laptop charger at home by accident and (this is sad) got SOOO much done. It makes up for the off week I had.

Today is the kind of day where it would be especially nice to go home to a big pot of Bryce’s chili (over rice), put on thick socks so as to avoid ice toes, and curl up with in bed with everyone (one boyfriend, three cats) and a book.
